About

A Dangerous Woman with a Bounty on Her Head

Francis Nelson is considered armed and dangerous and wanted by the law after robbing the Orangeburg, South Carolina, bank multiple times. But she would do anything to protect her mother and sister, including leaving her home to become a mail-order bride.

Alexander Romney and Daniel Smith made enough money as bounty hunters to purchase their ranch. Always just one step on the right side of the law, now they’re trying to live a good, clean life until a dark-haired beauty temps them in ways they never dreamed possible and opens the door to the past.

A past they would like to forget, but Francis’s secrets follow her to Montana. Coming face-to-face with their enemy, will they have to choose between their past and their wife?

Praise for this book

Ms. Davis penned another delightful polyamorous historical romance with strong multi-layered lead characters. The lead characters are strong, determined, confident and vulnerable. I liked the strong dialog. I appreciated the three-person point of view to tell their back stories. I appreciated how Ms. Davis anchors the historical content by referencing the Jessie James family. Ms. Davis masterfully uses descriptive language paints vivid scenes that contribute to making this a captivating read.
